Check in was a charm, wicked fast, and my room was spotless. Staff was super chill, like the cleaning lady brought me stuff before breakfast every morning. The coffee? Damn good! Surprise breakfast even with no reservation. The AC was solid too. Missed out on storage though, so work on that!

Additionally, the elevator situation was frustrating, as it was the only one for eleven floors and often malfunctioned, leading to agonizing waits that compounded my discomfort during the stay.

This place was a solid pick for a couple of nights in Monterrey, great value for the money. The staff made sure I got a quick breakfast every morning, which was a nice touch. Just avoid walking alone at night if you're a woman. better to grab an Uber.

Other issues included a temperamental elevator that often caused frustrating waits, especially for a hotel with eleven floors. Wifi was generally reliable but spotty during peak times. Small details like the pillow being too thick and the soap not foaming well added to the discomfort.

Luggage storage was convenient, but Wi-Fi got spotty during busy hours.

Can just recommend for a fleeting moment

Clean room, convenient location, with solid Wi-Fi and close proximity to Del Golfo made my solo stay enjoyable.
